
Cocktails or "Cocktail Hour" is a very common addition to weddings or parties that lead your guests into the main dinner course. When planning your event, our team takes every little detail into consideration and cocktails should not fall short ! Similarly to our eye for event design, we love having a cocktail that is pleasing, to the palate, and represents your vision for the event. There are tons of cocktail combinations out there so we wanted to share a couple that you can have in one place for your next event.
Here are some cocktail ideas for your next event or party that we feel will not only be pleasing to the eye but also to the palate!
Cocktail #1: Classic Tom Collins

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp powdered sugar
club soda, cold
slices lemon, for garnish
maraschino cherries, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine gin, lemon juice and powdered sugar in a cocktail shaker then stir well.
Strain mixture into serving glasses prepared with fresh ice.
Add a splash of club soda, stirring gently.
Garnish with lemon slices and cherries, if desired.

Cocktail #2: Margarita

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 ounces tequila
2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 ounce fresh orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake hard for 30 seconds. This is an important part as the ice helps to dilute the cocktail giving it a balanced taste.
Strain over a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Cocktail #3: Rosemary Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS
3 one-inch sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 small lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon honey
1 ½ ounces gin
3 ounces club soda
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small drinking glass, muddle the fresh rosemary, lemon juice and honey.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the gin and top with club soda.
Give it a little swirl with a spoon. That’s it!
